Do you need to speak a foreign language to teach ESL?
No. If you can speak, read, and write English, you can learn how to teach English to speakers of other languages.
Why do we offer ESL classes?
Church-based
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes change the lives of
students and teachers. Students learn and develop the skills necessary
to function effectively in North America. Lifetime friendships are
begun and nurtured. The primary goal of church-based ESL ministries
is to intentionally share and demonstrate the gospel of Jesus Christ as
we help people learn to speak English.
